Bark -N- Bakery Refund Policy

Because our treats our homemade food product, all treat sales are final and we can not accept returns of treats once they have been delivered or picked up.

We want every pup and their family to be happy with their order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

If your order:

* Arrives damaged

* Is incorrect

* Is missing an item 

* Has a problem caused by an error on our part

Please send us a message and, when applicable, a photo of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Custom or personalized orders: Because these treats are made specifically for your order, they are non-refundable unless the order was made incorrectly or there is a problem caused by Bark -N- Bakery.

​

Please note: We cannot provide refunds because a dog simply does not like a particular treat. We recommend trying a small amount first when introducing a new treat to you pup.
